A crowd of over 200 Angus enthusiasts from seven states were on hand to witness the 1st Red Carpet event hosted by Pheasant Trek, the Danekas family, Wilton, CA, along with HAVE Angus, the Vietheers and the Hansens, Wilton, CA. The facilities were well dressed for the occasion and the cattle sold at a rapid pace. The quality was superb, presentation excellent, and everyone enjoyed a home cooked lunch along with the fine wine from Valhalla Cellars. Excellent demand for the young show prospects and herd bulls prospects. It was a fun atmosphere and enjoyed by all in
attendance.

The 4-H & FFA judging contest coordinated by Mike Albiani and Hugh Mooney was won by the Atascadero FFA consisting of Alex Barba, Hunter Scroggins and Ryan De Busk. Top individual judging honors went to Aaron Kerlee. A job extremely well done by all involved.
